Russia: school smartphone ban effect on performance 2019

Between 2018 and 2019, the majority of Russians believed that banning usage of smartphones and similar electronic devices in schools would lead to an improved academic performance. In 2019, 23 percent of the surveyed stated that the ban would not affect students’ educational achievements. In 2018, only 17 percent defended the aforementioned statement.
