The live streaming video platform Twitch is one of the most popular ways in which viewers watch their favorite gamers stream their gaming video content. There were a total of ten million unique streaming channels on Twitch in the third quarter of 2022, far ahead of the closest competitor YouTube Gaming Live with 443 thousand unique streaming channels.
