In 2020 online buyers in Poland usually made their last purchase mainly using the internet (26 percent of respondents). A similar pattern applies to mobile buyers, 20 percent of them made their recent purchase with the use of a mobile device. One in five respondents made an offline purchase. The most popular paths are online, mobile, as well as online search and mobile purchase of a product.
