Share of people shopping online due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Finland 2020

According to survey results from April to June 2020, nearly 30 percent of the respondents in Finland considered shopping online more often than usual in light of the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. However, around 44 percent of the people estimated in June that they were not going to change their online shopping habits in the case of prolonged crisis. At the same time, every fifth respondent was still unsure, while roughly six percent said that they buy less online.
