As of April 30, 2020, 18.5 percent of hospital doctors in the UK have experienced shortages of oxygen compared with the situation prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, while 18.2 percent of doctors reported shortages of anesthetics. Furthermore, there were similar shortage levels of antibiotics and sedatives among the surveyed doctors.
