Number of coronavirus (COVID-19) patients in intensive care in Sweden 2020

The number of new patients in intensive care with confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Sweden increased rapidly since March 6, 2020, when the there was one patient, and peaked on April 22, 2020 when the new number of patients had grown to 49. The following period, the number started to drop and was down to just a few or no new patients per day. In October, however, an increasing number of patients were transferred to intensive care.
