Ways users plan to reduce monthly media spend in the United Kingdom (UK) 2020, by age
As of July 2020, at least half of 25 to 54-year-olds surveyed in the United Kingdom (UK) said they were planning to reduce their monthly media costs by reducing paid-for streaming services. This was the main method cited across all age groups when it came to cost cutting. The second most popular option was cancelling cable television, which over 40 percent of those aged 45 and above said they would do.
