Online sales evolution during French days and Black Friday sales in France 2019-2020
This edition of the French Days, online as well as offline shopping sales have not brought the improvement hoped for by the major players in French e-commerce. The postponement of the summer sales which ended on August 11 did not help, as daily online sales during the French Days of autumn 2020 were only six percent higher than the average of those made in the month of before. Its summer edition was slightly higher, with a 12 percent increase. Compared to the week of Black Friday / Cyber Monday in 2019, the online sales were almost three times higher than those made during the previous 30 days (+ 167 percent).
