
Share of French stressed by the health risk of buying Christmas gifts in stores 2020
The current health crisis is likely to have had various consequences on the purchasing behaviors and habits of people in France. The purchase of Christmas gifts is no exception, and it seems that this year, Christmas shopping is taking a different turn than in previous years. Indeed, the health risks related to the crisis seem to have resulted in a certain degree of stress among French consumers, and almost a third of them felt more anxious about going Christmas shopping in physical stores than in the previous year.
