Brazil: main apps found on mobile home screens 2023

A November 2023 survey found that WhatsApp was the most commonly found app on smartphone users' home screens in Brazil. Around 55 percent of respondents said the messaging application appeared on their screens directly after turning on or unlocking their devices. Instagram and Facebook followed, with around 50 and 44 percent of respondents saying the apps were present on their smartphones' starting page.
