Organic product sales growth in France 2019-2020, by distribution channel

In 2020, and all distribution channels combined (hypermarket, supermarket, proxi, and drive), organic food contributed to more than four percent of food sales. Looking at the annual change in sales of organic products, it appears that hypermarkets were lagging behind, with an annual growth of only about six percent, while the Drive had increased its organic sales value by 43.1 percent.
