Use of delivery or order collection by plant buyers during containment in France 2020

During the containment period, nearly half of plant buyers had experienced significant inconvenience in purchasing plants and related services in France. However, regardless of their preferred channel, very few of them used the delivery or order collection services developed by certain plant professionals during this period. The channel through which these services were most used was the general retail stores.
