Sales evolution of garden centers in France 2019-2020
Despite the pandemic and the two containments during strategic periods in France (in the spring and during the preparation of the end-of-year holidays), garden centers were able to catch up and recover with sales up by more than two percent of revenue compared to 2019. Sales in French garden centers were down 6.7 percent in the first half of 2020, compared to the same period last year, but grew by almost 19 percent in the second half.
