Consumer opinion on e-commerce platform quality and value Australia 2019
In a survey held in 2019, around 35 percent of respondents would consider shopping on eBay compared to 26 percent who would shop at Amazon. Just 14 percent of respondents indicated that the e-commerce platforms had good quality products.
