Results of the second round of the French presidential election 2022, by age
In France, the second round of the presidential elections took place on Sunday, April 24, 2022, and the incumbent president, Emmanuel Macron, was re-elected for a second term, with more than 58 percent of the votes cast. The age groups among which he obtained the highest number of votes are those of 18 to 24 years old, and among those over 60 years old. On the other hand, people between 25 and 59 years old voted more for the far-right candidate, who was in the majority among 50 to 59 year olds.
