
Main sources of knowledge for Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services India 2022, by age
According to a survey from 2022, just over three-fourths of Indian consumers aged between 25 and 44 years became aware of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services via social media. Older consumers between the age of 45 and 54 years followed closely behind with 74 percent. Digital stores providing BNPL services were the second-most important source of knowledge for the payment service among consumers.
