Perceived ROI generated from ABM according to B2B companies worldwide 2021
Based on a study executed in late 2021, 38 percent of responding business-to-business companies worldwide stated that their account-based marketing programs produced a moderate return on investment, while more than one in five companies believed they generated a strong ROI. In contrast, 28 percent noticed little or no ROI. Yet, the vast majority of these 28 percent planned to continue their ABM approach.
