According to the results of a survey conducted in April 2022, about a third of consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) stated that they would like to use text-to-shop method for their purchases in supermarkets. Clothes shops were the second most popular type with almost a fifth of UK consumers saying that they wanted to try text-to-shop at these shops.
