Australia: reasons for participating in live commerce events 2023

A survey conducted among Australian online consumers in April 2023 revealed that over two-thirds of respondents engaged in a live commerce event in order to buy products online. Almost 30 percent of those surveyed said they participated in live shopping to discover new brands or products.
