Luxury brand contact online and in-store in France 2023
In France, consumers reported how they interacted with luxury brands within the last 12 months in 2023. Around 28 percent of respondents stated they did not interact with luxury brands in any way, while 27 percent bought gifts for someone else from a luxury brand. The activity by which the least amount of consumers contacted a luxury brand was by sending a private message to a brand on social media, with four percent of respondents.
