Russia’s proved coal reserves 2014-2020, by type
In 2020, proved reserves of anthracite and bituminous coal in Russia amounted to around 71.7 billion metric tons, remaining on the same level as in the previous year. Reserves of sub-bituminous and lignite reached approximately 90.4 billion metric tons.
