Italy: perception of traditional bank future 2017

This statistic shows data on the results of an online survey conducted in Italy in May 2017. Individuals were asked to express their opinion with regard to the future of traditional banks within the next ten years. A significant majority of Italians (89 percent) stated that bank branches will still exist in Italy. Nevertheless, 68 percent of this large proportion also asserted that the number of bank branches will decrease.
