The auditors conducted 800 visits at branches, 560 times they called hotlines banks, 440 times they contacted banks via forms and chat rooms, and they conducted 4,200 interviews on the subject of digital banking.
Tests of the quality of the banking service were conducted by potential customers who do not have a relationship with the bank under study and people who are customers of the bank under study.
