Italy: food purchase frequency directly from local producers 2017

This statistic depicts the results of a survey question designed to find out the frequency with which Italians used to purchase food products directly from local producers and/or farmers as of September 2017. As of the survey period, it was found that 18 percent of the interviewed people used to buy food directly from the producers almost every week. Further 21 percent of respondents declared to buy food from local growers two or three times per month, whereas other 18 percent stated to do it once a month.
