The share of older respondents intending to buy products during the sales period has risen over the course of the two years, while the share of those in the three youngest age categories has fallen. Less than a quarter of those aged between 25 and 34 years are planning on buying Black Friday goods in 2017, compared to 36 percent in 2016.
