In the United States' training industry, non-exempt employees were allocated the highest amount of training expenditure in 2022. That year, non-exempt employees were allocated approximately 40 percent of the total training expenditure. This was followed by exempt managers and non-managers, which were each allocated 25 percent of the total training expenditure in the U.S. training industry. Executives were allocated the smallest amount for training expenditure in 2022, at ten percent of the total training expenditure.
