The number of employees in Russian manufacturing industry strongly decreased over the observed period. The largest sum of individuals in a textile manufacturing organizations were employed in 2000, measuring at 749 thousand people on average. In 2017, the minimum number was recorded at 90 thousand employees that increased by four hundred employees in the following year.
