According to the source, Amazon Prime Video produced 70 original content titles in 2019, up from 56 two years earlier. Whilst Amazon's figure does not come close to that of competitor Netflix, Amazon's main focus continues to be its operations as a retailer, whereas Netflix is evolving into a studio rivaling established names in Hollywood.
