In 2019, Swedes primarily logged into Facebook to use Facebook Messenger, according to 81 percent of the respondents in a survey on internet usage in Sweden. During this year, the second most common reason to use Facebook was to participate in groups (58 percent). Furthermore, 15 percent of the respondents used Facebok to create events that same year.
