If you want to delete your Basic Account, please follow these steps:
1 - Open your Account-Details
When logged in, please click on the My Account-Button in the navigation bar and choose Account Details.

2 - Advanced Settings
Now click on Advanced Settings, you will find it beneath your User-ID.

3 - Deactivate Account
By clicking on the link Deactivate Account you will get to the last step to delete your Basic-Account.

4 - Completion
Please note the warning and continue accordingly.
Verify the request to delete the account
To request cancellation of your Starter Account subscription, please open the Account Details menu and click on the link "Cancel account". You will need to fill in a very short form with three steps, once you submit the cancellation request our Customer Service team will be notified and send you an email to confirm your cancellation.
