The leading reason why Norwegian online shoppers preferred to not shop from foreign webshops as of 2019 was being unsure about duty or free, according to 36 percent of the respondents. 24 percent of the interviewed Norwegians stated that being difficult to return products was the main reason to not use foreign webshops.
