According to the results of a survey conducted in 2019, a two-factor authentication system was the most secure tool in banking according to Italians. The survey asked the interviewees which tech tools in banking was considered secure and which not. The results show that two-factor authentication was considered secure or very secure by 74 percent of the respondents. On the other hand, only 41 percent of the respondents would consider voice recognition secure or very secure.
