Online grocery shopping behavior changes due to COVID-19 in the United States in 2020

A portion of American online grocery consumers across all delivery formats said that they were increasing their use of these services as a result of the coronavirus outbreak in March 2020. On the other hand, a larger cohort indicated that they were using the delivery services less often than they had. Home delivery, in particular, saw 24 percent of respondents state that they were using this delivery option less than before the outbreak.
