Italian consumers appreciating brand initiatives during the pandemic 2020

A survey from March and April 2020 showed that Italian consumers appreciated brands adapting to the disruption of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Between March 31 and April 2, 88 percent of respondents liked brands which gave practical information or advices to address the situation. Moreover, 85 percent of people appreciated the conversion of companies' production in favor of essential supplies required during the pandemic.
The appreciation for promotions and offers to loyal customers increased from 80 to 86 percent among the respondents.
