Leading Chinese automobile manufacturers based on cars sold in China 2020

In the first two months of 2020, SAIC Motor sold 178 thousand cars which made the brand China's leading company based on vehicle sales. SAIC Motor served as the joint-venture partner for foreign brands, among them were Volkswagen, General Motor, and Volvo. However, the company also produced automobiles under their brand name which accounted for 23 percent of car sales in the Chinese market.
