Retailers' concerns during COVID-19 APAC 2020

In a survey conducted in 2020, regarding the retail industry in the Asia Pacific region during the coronavirus pandemic, 72 percent of surveyed retailers stated that their biggest concern was another wave of infections. Comparatively, for the same survey 33 percent of the surveyed retailers stated that they were concerned about any possible supply chain disruption.
