French people's online or physical Christmas shopping intention 2020, by type of shop

At the beginning of November 2020, the source had asked French people where they were considering buying their Christmas gifts, before the lockdown. Thus, before the lockdown, visits to physical specialized stores was the most praised by the French. Online pure players, without physical shops had a mention rate of 61 percent among respondents. And it is with no doubt, that the current health crisis is likely to have had various consequences on the purchasing behaviors and habits of people in France.
