Smartphone users opinions on mobile messages from companies 2021

According to a survey of smartphone users conducted between December 2020 and January 2021 in ten markets worldwide, approximately three in ten users reported having had the experience of receiving spam messages from companies they have never contacted before. By comparison, 21 percent of respondents on iOS and Android reported finding messages they received from companies as useful. Approximately 25 percent of respondents conveyed that some companies send messages at inconvenient times.
