More than 15 percent of French people aged between 18 and 34 years declared in 2021, to have experienced inappropriate comments or derogatory remarks during a job interview on the ground of their age. Further ten percent also stated experiencing the same comments and remarks due to their educational background, as well as to their physical appearance.
