Principal fears of discrimination in companies in France 2023

In 2023, among French people working in the private sector who feared being discriminated against in the job market and in their own company, age appeared to be the first source of potential discrimination (41 percent). This factor was followed by that of physical appearance, type of degree and gender, which, according to the source, was much more feared by women than by men.
