U.S. teens and adults: brand experiences in the metaverse 2022
As of May 2022, half of surveyed teens and adults in the United States said they would be receptive to brands letting them browse, try, and buy their products and services in the metaverse. Overall, 46 percent of respondents stated that they would be open to brands helping them customize their avatars with virtual products or merchandise. One third of respondents stated they would like to see brands collaborate with a celebrity or a creator on a metaverse experience.
