A large share of U.S. retailers agreed in a recent survey that industry-wide sales events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday were powerful stimuli for revenue. However, a combined share of over 80 percent of those surveyed also believed these sales events were benefiting only a select group of mega retailers.
