Intention of U.S. consumers to shop in-store for Black Friday sales 2023

Roughly four out of 10 U.S. consumers surveyed in a recent study said they would definitely shop in-store for the Black Friday sales in 2023. This made it the most popular response, and more than double the number who gave the same answer in 2020. Just about one percent of respondents said that they will definitely not do their Black Friday sales shopping in store.
