France: corporate tax gap of foreign digital companies 2011
This graphic depicts the difference in the amount of corporate tax due and paid by foreign digital companies in France in 2011, in million euros. In 2011, the company Apple Inc. paid almost seven million euros of corporate taxes while it should have paid 317.5 million euros. For its part, Microsoft should have paid almost 320 million euros of corporate taxes but paid slighlty more than 20 million euros.
