Those guidelines provide specific advice on the amount of specific foods to eat on a daily basis, based on age and gender. It is an freely available online survey for all Australians. Scores range from 0 to 100, where 100 reflects a greater compliance with the Guidelines and a better diet quality. The total Australian average reached a diet score of 59 out of 100."
