Consumer video entertainment spending in the U.S. 2019-2020, by type

Data on home video entertainment spending in the United States has revealed that SVoD accounted for 14.3 perecnt of all consumer spending on video entertainment in the first quarter of 2020, up from 12.1 percent in the second quarter of the previous year. The share of spending attributed to all video entertainment types increased with the exception of MVPDs (pay TV and satellite services), which saw a drop of almost five percent.
