Italy: attitudes towards traditional TV 2016
This statistic shows the attitudes of the Italian population aged between 16 and 75 towards traditional television in 2016. According to the survey, the majority of respondents (47 percent) would have missed traditional television if they could not have watched it anymore, and one in ten respondents stated that it was their main evening pastime. By contrast, one in four respondents already enjoyed alternatives to traditional TV, such as watching programs on their PCs and tablets (19 percent) or smart TVs (6 percent).
