Spending change on big promo days in the Americas 2022

Across the Americas, promotional days in 2022 experienced changes in consumer spending compared to the previous year. According to a survey, about four in ten consumers in the United States and Chile reported a decrease in spending during these shopping events. While the same percentage of respondents in Mexico bought less or about the same as in 2022, 38 percent of consumers in each Brazil and Colombia spent more that year.
