U.S. opinion 5 year old offensive social media posts of celebrities 2018 This statistic presents the share of adults in the United States whose opinion of a celebrity would change if a social media post from 5 years ago resurfaced and was out-of-character or offensive as of December 2018. As of December 2018, ten percent of respondents stated that if they found five year old social media post by a celebrity that seemed out-of-character or offensive that their opinion towards them would completely change, while in comparison 41 percent stated the opposite.
