On social media, brands follow users. As Snapchat has risen in popularity, so has the level of attention paid to it by marketing departments. As our infographic shows, from January to September 2016 the share of brands with a Snapchat account increased in each measured category. By far the most engaged vertical is activewear, with 90 percent of brands looking to utilize a presence there.
